This privacy statement explains how SkylineDx BV, SkylineDx Holding BV, SDx Diagnostic Services BV and SkylineDx USA, Inc. (together “we”) handles personal data collected via our websites (www.falconprogram.com, www.strixservices.com; www.skylinedx.com, the “websites”) and when engaging in a client relationship with you. We value your trust and want to make sure that you understand our policies and practices regarding data protection. Therefore, we encourage you to read this privacy policy.
1. We commit to protect your personal data
We are committed to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures in such manner that personal data processing will meet the requirements of the national and European Union laws, and will ensure the protection of your rights.

2. What personal data do we collect?
We process the following (categories) of personal data from you:

4. How long do we keep your personal data?
We will not retain your personal data any longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in section 3. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

After verifying your identity and data subject rights applicability criteria, we will do everything reasonably possible to comply with the request unless it will require completely unreasonable measures (e.g. technically or organizationally virtually impossible or extremely costly). We may refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic. All requests are handled within 30 days after receiving them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, we collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.

What types of cookies do we use?
There are a number of different types of cookies, however, our websites uses analytical cookies only by using Google Analytics. SkylineDx has implemented the guideline from the Dutch data protection authority regarding Google Analytics aimed at minimizing the impact on your privacy. We process the following data for the purposes described above:
-The first part of your IP-address. The final part of your IP-address is masked;

-The duration of your visit;
-The number of pages you visit;

-The country;
-The place of residence;
-The browser you use to visit our websites.
We process the above (personal) data on the basis of legitimate interest as such analytical cookies have no or minor impact on your privacy.
How to manage your cookies?
You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information that has previously been stored via the settings of your browser.
7. Recipients of personal data
We only share personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of our agreement, legitimate interest or to comply with a legal obligation. In principle, we do not share personal data with parties outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). When data is shared outside of the EEA, we will at least take appropriate measures to protect the data and the data subjects by means of, for example, agreeing standard contractual clauses where possible. 8. The right to lodge a complaint
Should you wish to report a complaint or if you feel that SkylineDx has not addressed your concern in a satisfactory manner, you can email the details of your complaint to dpo@skylinedx.com.

9. We do not process children’s personal data
Children merit specific protection regarding their personal data, as they may be less aware of the risks, consequences and safeguards concerned and their rights in relation to the processing of personal data. The websites are specifically not designed or aimed at children of 16 years and younger and does not intentionally process children’s personal data.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated in September 2022.
