HR Manager (NL)

 

Your job in a nutshell

As HR Manager you are highly motivated and passionate to further grow and professionalize SkylineDx. You will be responsible for talent management, onboarding, benefits & compensation, compliance, employee relation & engagement, talent- and leadership development, and performance management. You will further implement HR systems, processes, policies and practices to support culture and organizational development efforts. Currently we have a great team of around 50 people in the Netherlands and 20 in the US. In all your efforts, you will be directly contributing to the attractiveness of SkylineDx as an organization.

 

Your role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and you serve as liaison to finance for all HR interdependencies and are responsible for the integration of processes and programs between the Netherlands and US. You’ll manage the recruitment, onboarding, annual performance reviews, development plans, disciplinary meetings and exit interviews.

 

In your role you are comfortable in seeking feedback regarding the effectiveness of all HR practices from all stakeholders involved and advice the executive team on these matters to continuously improve SkylineDx.

 

Together we ensure the validation and implementation of clinically relevant scientific discoveries into reliable medical diagnostic assays for diagnosis, prognosis and drug effectiveness prediction that will ultimately contribute to improved patient care. 

 

 

You have

  • 7+ years of HR experience in an international environment.

  • a combination of strategic thinking with hands-on people and talent management experience to help sustain and build upon our culture and values at a time of rapid growth.

  • expertise in setting the direction in all phases of the employee life cycle.

  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to give and take constructive feedback in a driven, continuously improving working environment.

  • proven and adequate skills in writing procedures and reports (required).

  • strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving

  • an excellent command in written and spoken English (pre).

  • a hands-on mentality and result oriented attitude.

  • an entrepreneurial mind-set and are able to work in an environment with high quality standards.

  • the ability to motivate the team and manage both internal and external collaborations.
